Palm Springs

Last weekend we went to Palm Springs for a family get together. It was so much fun even though I was a little stressed out about it. I just thought maybe Taylor wouldn't be able to sleep somewhere else, or that I would forget something that I needed, and lots of other things. But, it all worked out. It took a while to pack everything, which it was amazing how much stuff you need to bring for a baby! We spent the night in a hotel and Taylor did great. She slept great. Here are some pictures of us at the party. Palm Desert was so hot. The pool was pretty warm from the heat, so Taylor really liked it. Nana took her for a swim first.

Baby Gavin didn't even wake up when they put his feet in the water. He is one sleepy baby. I've seen him awake very few times since he's been born.
The three cousins... Gavin (3 weeks), Taylor (4 1/2 months), and Emma (11 months). Emma's taking a little bite of Taylor's hand if you look close :)

4 Months

Here she is when she was a month. It's crazy how much she has grown and changed.
Three months later...

She smiled big for this one.

Finally some new pictures!

It's been a while! Our lives have gotten about 100% busier now that I am back to work. I survived, actually we all survived the first week. Here are some pictures of Taylor from the last couple of weeks.
This is what Taylor loves to do with her fingers now. She usually has one from each hand in her mouth, but tonight she had four from her right hand and three from her left hand all in there at once. Then she usually gags because there are a little too many fingers in there at once.
She always grabs both of her feet at the same time.
This was before we went for a bike ride. I thought she looked so cute in this outfit.
Happy girl!
Happy again, but she hasn't figured out how to jump. My friends that have this... will she just catch on???? Hopefully!

My Popsicle Flavor

You Are a Cherry Flavored Popsicle
You are sweet and friendly. For you, summer is all about doing your favorite things.
You are a nostalgic person. You love old fashioned things like ice cream trucks.

You savor everything. Every taste of summer, the feeling of the sun, the smell of the beach...
Of all the types, you love summer the most.

Memories

Here is a fun tag. Here are the rules:1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! 2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. I can't wait to see what people remember. :)

Feeding Taylor

We started feeding Taylor rice cereal about a week ago. She's not sure if she likes it or not.

Taylor visiting with friends

Last weekend Taylor did a lot of visiting. We saw Aimee, Andrew and Baby Andrew, who are down from Colorado. Baby Andrew is so cute and walking everywhere. Maybe it's because he started walking at 8 1/2 months!!! Crazy! Then we saw Neal, Danielle and Baby Linkyn. Taylor was a little social butterfly!

Look at that... they both suck their left thumbs... But Linkyn doesn't rub her head like Taylor.
